• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• Lifetime and promotional purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
• All pricing is clearly displayed in the app.

5. User Content

• You may input personal data like progress, photos, and affirmations.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Upload harmful or offensive content.
• Attempt to hack or damage the app or its services.

7. Health Disclaimer

Bolt75 is not a medical or healthcare service. Always consult with a physician or healthcare provider before starting any fitness or diet program.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Bolt75 at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
